Our Staff

We're a small team of skilled caregivers, with over 40 years of experience combined, holding qualifications ranging from Level 3's to Degree. Every staff member at Humpty Dumpty is passionate, qualified, and DBS certified. Our pre-school practitioners are also Paediatric First Aid certified and continue to update their qualifications and develop their skills through regular training.

At Humpty Dumpty, every staff member endeavours to make learning environments inviting and highly engaging, both indoors and outside. They go above and beyond to provide regular opportunities to involve parents in their children's learning. The Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum ensures we cover the main areas of development including communication and language, literacy, mathematics and more. The curriculum also frames how we implement planning and conduct observations.

Our lesson plans come from the interests, abilities and needs of the children in our care. This way, we're able to ensure every child has the opportunity to be creative daily, experiment with a range of tactile sensory materials and use their imagination in role-play scenarios.
